We get it—sometimes your inner unicorn just doesn’t feel magical enough. No problem! Here’s our spellbinding return policy to make the process as painless as possible:
- Keep It Enchanting - Return items must be unworn, unaltered, and still rocking their original tags. If it looks like you battled dragons or danced the night away, it might not make the cut. As our costumes are hand-crafted, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Timing Is Everything - You’ve got 30 days to return your costume - before the clock strikes midnight and the return window closes.
- No Tricks with Treats - Halloween costume purchases made October 21-31 are final sale.
